At Motocomposites, we try to provide the best and most unique products. Should you have any customization in mind, we will gladly provide you with a quote on any part or project.
Customization work will normally be carried out against drawings or photographs. There is virtually an unlimited amount of possibilities in terms of product design, composition, colors and finishes.
Product design, unless it is a very simple modification to an existing part, is typically carried out from CAD drawings. We don't have CAD drawings of the original parts,nor do we do actual design work, so it's the buyers' responsibility to provide the finished drawings.
Custom composition, colors and finishes can be completed from more rudimentary drawings and specifications. There are a vast number of fiberglass, kevlar and carbon variations of compositions, hybrids, weaves, colors and finishes that are available that are too numerous to list here. They can be generally grouped as follows:
Weave sizes available in carbon and some fiberglass: 1K, 1.5K, 3K, 10K
Colors in plain weave and twill weave in some carbon and most fiberglass: red, blue, silver, gold, gray, yellow ( carbon black & red, black & blue, etc. are found under our color options section).
Color highlights (lines) in plain weave carbon: red, blue, silver, gold, green, orange, yellow

There are also many variations on parts such as matte & gloss combinations and designs on the same part, custom decal production and applications.
These parts can be very costly and time consuming to produce, but we do offer them. We can make your custom build a reality.
