As most stores, we get many recurring questions and we try to answer them as briefly and concisely as possible in our FAQ section.

With the growing popularity of matte finishes, we've added a small section regarding the advantages and disadvantages of the this finish versus glossy. We did this so that anyone considering a matte finish can be made aware of what to expect. We are proud to be able to offer matte products; they require flawless manufacturing tools and techniques to produce successfully. This became very apparent when the aging mould for one of our parts could no longer produce parts without flaws that would otherwise have been imperceptible with a glossy finish. Much to our chagrin, this part had to be discontinued.
