Looks awesome but there are definitely flaws in this piece

So this was the most expensive piece I purchased out of the 4 parts I got which I CAN understand why considering its the largest of my pieces and has alot of bends n curves on it. I had to do a lot of cutting and sanding to get it to line up with holes which is understandable and I expected it but where its suppose to line up with the seat trim its way off n I have either a really big gap on 1 side or I dont line up the hooks at the top and have 2 smaller gaps on each side. It looks like while it was hardening it started to bow out
